Aisling McKeever holds a MSc. in Education and Training from Dublin City University, specialising in e-Learning, a National Diploma in Sports Management from University College Dublin, and is a Sport Ireland accredited Coach Educator. Having started her career as a swimming teacher and programme co-ordinator, Aisling joined the Irish National Swimming Federation, Swim Ireland, over ten years ago. As Head of Education, Aisling is responsible for the delivery of qualifications across all aquatics disciplines, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of teachers and coaches, and most recently completed a review and relaunch of the Swim Ireland Learn to Swim Programme. With a swim teaching and educator background Aisling brings both pedagogical and practical experience to the LEN Learn to Swim working group.
